Warranty Forever Maintenance Coupon — Editable Fillable PDF
Warranty Forever® is a powertrain product from NWAN, Inc., normally bundled free when someone buys an RV from a participating dealer. It is often sold as "lifetime" coverage, and it can be — but only for as long as the owner keeps up their end. That part is a maintenance record, filed every year, inside a window most owners do not know exists.
This page explains what the coupon asks for, when it has to be in, and where it goes. There is a fillable copy of the coupon at the bottom.
The 30-day rule
The record has to reach NWAN within 30 days of the anniversary of the agreement date.
Not the purchase date, not the end of the calendar year, and not "sometime that year". The agreement date is on the contract. The coupon's own wording is blunt about the consequence: failure to file "will result in denial of coverage and YOUR SERVICE CONTRACT will be void."
This is the single most common way people lose coverage they already paid for — not a declined claim, just a missed filing years earlier.
NWAN does say it sends a reminder letter and email 60 days before the submission is due. Treat that as a courtesy rather than a system of record: it goes to the address and email they have on file, which is exactly why the coupon asks you to confirm or update both every year. If you have moved or changed email since you bought the rig, the reminder is the first thing that stops arriving.
What has to be done
Five inspections. The first four apply to both motorised and towable RVs; the last is motorhomes only.
- Roof — inspect, and seal where necessary
- Axles and hubs — inspect, lube where necessary
- Furnace — clean the blower, combustion chamber and control compartment, remove any dust, lint or obstructions, and test the gas line for leaks
- Water heater — flush the holding tank, manually operate the pressure/temperature relief valve, and clean the burner tube as the manufacturer outlines
- Suspension — grease front and rear suspension components, including axle bearings, tie rods, control arms and brake camshaft brackets *(motorhomes only)*
The coupon also states plainly: all maintenance must be performed by a professional repair facility. An owner doing it themselves in the driveway does not satisfy the contract, however competently it is done.
What counts as a record
NWAN asks for records "identifying the date, description of UNIT, and services performed".
That is a higher bar than people assume. A card receipt does not identify the unit. An invoice line reading "annual service" does not describe the services performed. What satisfies it is an itemised invoice that names the rig and lists the five inspections against it.
For technicians, this is worth knowing about your own paperwork. If a customer is on Warranty Forever, the way you write the work order is the thing their coverage rests on. Listing each inspection as its own line — even at no charge where nothing was needed — turns your invoice into a document that will survive a claim years later.

Confirm it landed
NWAN sends a confirmation email within seven days. If none arrives, call 1-800-810-8458.
Do not skip this. An unconfirmed filing and a filing that never arrived look identical a few years later, and the burden of proof sits with the owner. Keep the confirmation with the contract.
