Dometic Penguin 00312001 12,000 BTU Parts Diagram · Non-ducted A-c Replacement

Air Conditioner · 5 assemblies · 5 diagram sheets · 168 parts · by Andrew Strick, mobile RV technician

OEM exploded parts diagrams for the Dometic Penguin 00312001 12,000 BTU rooftop air conditioner: 5 assemblies (Non-ducted A-c Replacement, Replacement Installation Parts, Optional Electric Heat Kit, Heat Kit Shroud & Main Components, Ducted A-c) and 168 manufacturer part numbers. 53 parts are marked as superseded — the description gives the replacement number to order instead.

On rooftop units the model and serial plate is under the shroud on the base pan, and a second label usually sits on the ceiling assembly behind the return-air grille. Dometic model numbers are 8 digits (e.g. 57915.xxx); write down the full number including any suffix, because shrouds and control boards change with it.
